Four Week Challenge - Day Eleven

Breakfast - Smoothie made from 4 fat bombs, avocado, egg yolk, blue berries and water

Snack - Full cream latte

Lunch - 2 egg frittata with onion, haloumi, cheddar, zucchini and mushroom, slice of sourdough with avocado

Dinner - Chicken with blue cheese served with sautéed zucchini and cauliflower mash, 85% chocolate

Four Week Challenge - Day Ten

Breakfast - 2 slices of sourdough toast with natural peanut butter, full cream latte

Lunch - Steak with blue cheese, cabbage, broccolini and onion, spoonful of cream

Dinner - Chicken, onion, broccolini, zucchini cooked served in sauce made from cream and one egg, 85% chocolate

Four Week Challenge - Day Nine

Breakfast - Full cream latte

Brunch - 3 eggs and vanilla powder cooked into a pancake and topped with 1 melted fat bomb and cream

Snack - 85% dark chocolate

Dinner - Cheese and pasta, cadburys chocolate

Breakfast - 3 scrambled eggs and mushrooms cooked in butter, avocado, haloumi, full cream latte

Lunch - Salad leaves, cucumber, chicken, avocado, blue cheese, coconut flakes toasted in cinnamon

Dinner - Steak topped with blue cheese, onion and cabbage sautéed in butter, 85% dark chocolate

Breakfast - 2 eggs scrambles with cream, avocado and haloumi, full cream latte

Snack - Full cream latte

Mid afternoon - Chicken, onion, broccolini, mushrooms and zucchini stir fried and served with a cream and blue cheese sauce

Evening - Coconut chips toasted with coconut oil and cinnamon, 85% dark chocolate
