Four Week Challenge - Day Eight

Breakfast - 3 scrambled eggs and mushrooms cooked in butter, avocado, haloumi, full cream latte

Lunch - Salad leaves, cucumber, chicken, avocado, blue cheese, coconut flakes toasted in cinnamon

Dinner - Steak topped with blue cheese, onion and cabbage sautéed in butter, 85% dark chocolate
