Four Week Challenge - Day Six

Brunch - 2 poached eggs, vegetable rosti, haloumi and avocado, full cream latte

Dinner - Chicken breast stuffed with blue cheese, onion and cabbage fried in butter and creamy mushrooms, 85% dark chocolate

Four Week Challenge - Day Five

Breakfast - 2 egg omelette with cream, mushrooms and parmesan cooked in butter, long black coffee with cream

Lunch - Leftover shepherds pie made with beef mince, passatta, onion, mushrooms and zucchini and topped with cauliflower mash, 2 fat bomb chocolates

Dinner - Thai dinner out with a friend. Curry puffs and chicken pad see ew, red wine

Four Week Challenge - Day Four

Breakfast - 3 eggs mixed with vanilla powder and cooked in coconut oil to make a sweet pancake, served with cinnamon, blueberries and cream, full cream latte

Snack - Full cream latte

Lunch - Chicken breast baked in passatta with grated parmesan, salad leaves, cucumber and avocado, spoonful of full fat cream

Dinner - Shepherds pie made with beef mince, passatta, onions, zucchini and mushrooms topped with cauliflower mash, 2 squares of 85% chocolate

Four Week Challenge - Day Three

Breakfast - 3 eggs mixed with vanilla powder and cooked in coconut oil to make a sweet pancake, served with blueberries and cream, full cream latte

Lunch - Leftover bolognese with grated parmesan, 4 slices haloumi cheese and salad leaves, cucumber and avocado, 1 square 85% chocolate

Dinner - Rice pasta with cheese sauce made from full cream milk, arrowroot, butter and cheese

Breakfast - Haloumi, zucchini and mushrooms and 2 eggs fried in butter, full cream latte

Snack - Full cream latte

Lunch - Bolognese with grated parmesan cheese and salad leaves, cucumber and avocado, 1/2 square 85% chocolate

Snack - Spoonful of cream

Dinner - Egg fried cauliflower rice with onion, zucchini, mushrooms, chicken, tamari, ginger and peanut butter, 1 square 85% chocolate

Dinner - Chicken and coconut curry with cauliflower rice, 2 squares 85% Lindt chocolate
