Four Week Challenge - Day Four

Breakfast - 3 eggs mixed with vanilla powder and cooked in coconut oil to make a sweet pancake, served with cinnamon, blueberries and cream, full cream latte

Snack - Full cream latte

Lunch - Chicken breast baked in passatta with grated parmesan, salad leaves, cucumber and avocado, spoonful of full fat cream

Dinner - Shepherds pie made with beef mince, passatta, onions, zucchini and mushrooms topped with cauliflower mash, 2 squares of 85% chocolate
