Four Week Challenge - Day Five

Breakfast - 2 egg omelette with cream, mushrooms and parmesan cooked in butter, long black coffee with cream

Lunch - Leftover shepherds pie made with beef mince, passatta, onion, mushrooms and zucchini and topped with cauliflower mash, 2 fat bomb chocolates

Dinner - Thai dinner out with a friend. Curry puffs and chicken pad see ew, red wine
