Four Week Challenge - Day Two

Breakfast - Haloumi, zucchini and mushrooms and 2 eggs fried in butter, full cream latte

Snack - Full cream latte

Lunch - Bolognese with grated parmesan cheese and salad leaves, cucumber and avocado, 1/2 square 85% chocolate

Snack - Spoonful of cream

Dinner - Egg fried cauliflower rice with onion, zucchini, mushrooms, chicken, tamari, ginger and peanut butter, 1 square 85% chocolate
