Four Week Challenge - Day Ten

Breakfast - 2 slices of sourdough toast with natural peanut butter, full cream latte

Lunch - Steak with blue cheese, cabbage, broccolini and onion, spoonful of cream

Dinner - Chicken, onion, broccolini, zucchini cooked served in sauce made from cream and one egg, 85% chocolate
