Four Week Challenge - Day Eleven

Breakfast - Smoothie made from 4 fat bombs, avocado, egg yolk, blue berries and water

Snack - Full cream latte

Lunch - 2 egg frittata with onion, haloumi, cheddar, zucchini and mushroom, slice of sourdough with avocado

Dinner - Chicken with blue cheese served with sautéed zucchini and cauliflower mash, 85% chocolate
