Our house sale completed today so it was time to celebrate! Unfortunatley my intentions of watching my alcohol intake through February suffered as a result!
Breakfast - Vegetable and halmoumi omelette with half a slice of sourdough toast, coffee
Lunch - Smoothie made from blueberries,coconut cream, raw egg, coconut oil, cacao powder, stevia, salt
Snack - Grainfree, sugarfree blueberry muffin
Dinner - Steak served with half a baked potato and a pear and walnut salad, 2 glasses of red wine, coffee
